As more and more people choose to put down roots in the Mile-High City, developers have taken on the urban infill challenge with gusto in recent years!<\/p>\n<p>We wanted to see how much the city has really grown so we turned to Google Street View to help us identify the most significant changes in terms of real estate development. Without further ado, here are some of <strong>the most awe-inspiring buildings that popped up on Denver\u2019s cityscape between 2008 and 2015<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Simply drag the arrow bar back-and-forth to view the old and the new images<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Four Seasons Hotel &amp; Private Residences Denver &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentcafe.com\/apartments-for-rent\/denver-central-business-district-denver-co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Central Business District<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Year Built: 2010<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Replacing a surface parking lot at 1111 14th St., Denver\u2019s own Teatro Tower LLC introduced the luxury <strong>Four Seasons Hotel<\/strong>, a 565-foot mixed-use skyscraper. 239 guest rooms and suites occupy the first 16 floors along with hotel facilities such as a full-service spa, a rooftop pool, and approx. 16,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Sitting atop the hotel\u2019s 239 guest rooms, the 102 <strong>Four Seasons Private Residences<\/strong> offer spectacular, unimpeded views of the Rocky Mountains. The building incorporates 400,539 square feet of Class A office space, 8,770 square feet of ground floor retail and restaurant space, and a 1,200-space parking garage. The developer has plans to add 7 stories of apartments to the project, to be located directly above the parking structure. Dubbed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.denver-cityscape.com\/index-2.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Millennium Bridge Apartments<\/a>, the new 13-story building will add 158 units to the area.<\/p>\n<p>One of the first projects to kick off Trammell Crow&#8217;s redevelopment of Union Station was the 15 story <strong>DaVita World Headquarters<\/strong> at 2000 16th St. (blue building on the right). It was the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.naiop.org\/en\/Magazine\/2014\/Fall-2014\/Development-Ownership\/DaVita-World-Headquarters.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">first private sector build-to-suit project in downtown Denver<\/a> since the mid-1980s and features 270,000 square feet of Class A, LEED Gold-certified office space. Its 219 LEED Gold-certified luxury apartments come in a variety of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Platform at Union Station Apartments for Rent\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rentcafe.com\/apartments\/co\/denver\/platform-at-union-station\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>The Platform at Union Station<\/strong> at 1650 Wewatta St.<\/a> (on the left) is a 21-story, 288-unit LEED Gold-certified luxury apartment building developed by Holland Partners next to the commuter rail station.
