Burgeoning Energy Corridor Fosters More Commercial Construction<\/h2>\n<p>West Houston\u2019s Energy Corridor has seen tremendous growth in recent years, with developers determined to capitalize on the strong demand for Class A office space in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Mac Haik Enterprises\u2019 Energy Plaza development is one of several upscale projects that have recently been delivered to the flourishing office submarket. <strong>Energy Tower II<\/strong> and the <strong>Hilton Embassy Suites Hotel \u2013 Energy Corridor<\/strong> were completed in 2009, joining the existing Energy Tower I which was built in 1999. The 17-story <strong>Energy Tower III<\/strong> was completed in 2014. The latest addition to the office park, <strong>Energy Tower IV<\/strong>, features 450,831 square feet of Class A office space on 17 floors.
