The Phoenix area is home to many great apartment complexes that offer a modern and efficient style of life. In this post we’re taking a look at apartments that give renters the option to easily get outside and enjoy the Arizona outdoors without even having to get into their cars. Check out the rentals that we found with this option..
Complex: Sage Stone at Arrowhead, Glendale.
With a quick jog or pedal down N. 59th street, you will be inside the Adobe Dam Regional Park. This open space of over 1,500 acres offers much more than just a place to walk and jog. There’s go karting, a Wet n’ Wild Water Park, geocaching, paintball, golf, baseball, model airplane club get togethers, and much more to be found at Adobe Dam. You’ll be just down the road if you live at Sage Stone at Arrowhead.
Complex: Ocotillo Springs, Chandler
If you enjoy world class golfing, an apartment at Ocotillo Springs might be perfect for you. This complex is just down the street from the Ocotillo Springs Golf Resort, recognized by Golf World and Golf Digest as a great place to hit the links. Ocotillo Springs is also close to the Hohokam Pima National Monument, an ancient Native American village called “Snaketown.” Unfortunately, this sensitive area is not open to the public.
Complex: San Tropez, Scottsdale
This complex is located just down the block from the southern portion of the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, a renowned Scottsdale recreational pathway that is great for jogging and roller blading. Upper portions of the greenbelt become private golf courses, but you can get miles of exercise on the southern section. The greenbelt extends from Tempe Town Lake to Cactus Road.
