With all the amenities you could wish for and more, you’re probably wondering if the one- and two-bedroom apartments at Arium Dunwoody aren’t too posh for pets, but you’d be mistaken. Up to two pets—kitties or pups—are very welcome for a rental of just $25 per month. There’s also a $300 once-off fee, and Fido can’t be bigger than 75lb. If your kitty weighs more than that—pardon our ruggedness—it’s probably time for a diet!

Arium Dunwoody apartments Atlanta

Post LindberghLindbergh-Morosgo — rents starting at $1,100 — Check availability

Lindbergh-Morosgo is a very pleasant area indeed. Get a very upmarket, airy one- to three-bedroom apartment at Post Lindbergh from $1,075 and enjoy a list of amenities as long as your arm. The complex allows you to keep up to two cats or dogs (or one of each). Fido shouldn’t weigh more than 80lb and the pet deposit and once-off fee depends on the size of your pet. If your pet weighs 30lb or less, that’s $500 of which $150 is refundable, and bigger boys and girls can stay after you’ve paid $1,000 of which $250 is refundable.

If you and Fluffy love the high life, then you should definitely check out one of the super-plush designer apartments at 05 Buckhead in Buckhead Forest. Your cat’s one-off fee is $750, while a non-aggressive breed pooch weighing up to 45lb can stay for a deposit of $300 plus a one-time fee of $750. You and your pets will be living in the lap of luxury. Your cat, in particular, is bound to approve!
