Nice
Well maintained property. Nice place to raised children. Plenty of them live here so kids wouldn't have any problems making new friends.
Great area to live in
I have lived here for 4 years and I absolutely love it. My neighbors are nice and it just a peaceful place to live. Our ladies in the office are so sweet and easy to talk to. Any time that I have a issues Lisa has it taken care of immediately. I can not forget the amazing maintenance men that are always around to fix anything that is needed. They do a very good job at keeping our community clean which can be challenging at times with all the kittle ones we have running around.
Our Property
LaBelle Green is a decent place to live. The property is nice and the actual apartments and townhouses are great inside. The price is absolutely ridiculous though. Since I moved in here back in 2016 my rent has increased 6 times!!! That’s absurd! They use the excuse that the property value is going up but how does that makes sense since the building and everything in it is getting older?? Every single time you go in to renew your lease they hit you with an increase. They also push for you to renew your lease months before it’s due! They even put letters in your door and threaten to evict you if you don’t have your appointment scheduled. They start that about 3 months before your lease is even due! So if thats all good with you then live here. Maintenance guys are friendly. People in the office are nice.
