A great place to live

Have been here since the beginning and have loved everything! The manager is amazing and is always helping everyone in the community could not ask for anyone better to be in charge! They are always on site keeping the community clean and up to date when there is a problem they fix it if your thinking about living here dont hesitate there is a reason i havent left in four years!

Not a good place ,been here for years

Property manager never resolves issues between tenants...they just wait for something to escalate and boil over so they can evict....noisey neighbors all hours of the day and night...school nights and when you gotta be up for work in the a.m....property manager ignores complaints ,i never dealt with that from former property managers when i first moved in here

Beautiful Place

I have lived at Labelle Green for 4 years. It's quiet. The apartments are really nice. They take care of everything. Grass cutting, landscaping, snow removal. They also change the furnace filters and have an extermination service come in. They security is great. Video cameras on all the units. Police patrol quite regularly. If anything needs fixed they are quick. We are right on the bus line and walking distance to the bike trail, Sunoco, Dairy Queen and Domino's. Our office manager Lisa is awesome! She is always so helpful. Labelle Green was the right choice for me and I think you'll love it here.

Overall the apartments are very nice. The neighborhood is ok. Most of the neighbors smoke in their house and the smell comes through the walls. No area for kids to play is a slight inconvenience as well.
