Available for rent 04/01 is a private bedroom in a rancher located in the tranquil neighborhood of walnut grove, 3 minutes drive to routes 9 or 340. It sits on a spacious 1/2 acre lot. It is a private bedroom with a shared common area. The following utilities are included in the rent: water, electric, trash service. There is onsite laundry. You will be provided 1 off street parking space. The house is newly renovated and just had a new heat pump installed. The pics are not updated as it is a shared house and it is not ideal for pics with people’s belongings there. But I have refinished the hardwood floors and installed a dozen recessed lights to update the kitchen. You will see it all when you come in person. The other tenants are laid back and tend to keep to themselves. One of them does have a dog, which is why I am not allowing pets. If you have allergies, this would not be the unit for you. But otherwise, feel free to shoot me a text or give me a call! One year lease is preferred, but short term arrangements can be discussed. My requirements are that your gross income is at least 3x the monthly rent, and you have at least a 700 credit score. If you have stable income that is well above the requirement, but credit below, I may make exceptions on a case by case basis.
