Honest

I enjoy living here. It is a really great place to raise little kids. I do wish our townhome was completed. There is an "unfinished space" that would be really nice if it was finished. Would settle for ac / walls / flooring. I feel like that would make the price of rent make more sense. I would also appreciate if there were side-walks or road bumps placed to help ease my mind of the kids running into the road.
