Stony Acres II

Definitely such a great place to live and create a good memories.

Love Emily,Brooke and Earl. They are very much on top of their jobs. Stony Acres is s lovely place to live.

Overall, the quality of the apartment is pretty good. I am disappointed in the quality, however, compared to the price I am paying. I don't think the amenities are up to par for the price I pay. The parking garage spaces are small and hard to get in and out of, the gym is hardly usable, and my packages are constantly getting lost. There aren't really other options here in town for single person living, otherwise I would be looking for a lower price point as I don't think the extra price I pay for "amenities" is worth it.

Brooke and Emily are always friendly and helpful. They answer questions and offer suggestions for a great living experience. Earl is great! He’s always open for questions. He strives to make our stay here comfortable by caring for our residence. He makes sure everything is in working order, and clean. The housekeeping staff keeps our place clean and neat. Lawn care services keep our place nice. I appreciate all the staff! The storage areas are very adequate. The mail room is impressive with the refrigerator for wine deliveries! Its great that no key is needed to enter the apartment as everything is electronic. It is very comfortable here at Stony Acres. It’s great to have a sports room with a pool table, a gym, theater, and a beautiful gathering room. I feel safe here. Thanks to everyone!

So far, so good. Being in the first floor there's obviously more noise that upstairs units but it's still fairly quiet. The one bedroom is also more spacious than I remeber it being when we toured it.

I moved to the new apartments in Stony Acres and I'm loving it. They are beautiful, elegant apartments with everything of great quality. Marble sinks, new Samsung appliances. There are amenities such as a gym, elevator (which takes you to the garage, being able to escape the snow).
