Great community

It is a well kept community and surrond bg mainly great people who treat my children and i so nicely. I also work on grounds and matiantice has always been speedy and helpful.

Apartment Complex Reciew

We have lived here approximately 4 years and for the most part we have been very happy. Our apartment is got a nice amount of space. We like having all the wood trim and the bookcases. The noise level is decently quiet, except for the occasional noisy neighbor which is going to happen when you live in an apartment versus a house. This is a very centrally located complex that is near Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, restaurants and Pharmacies. So everything we need is within a 2 mile radius so the Location is very nice. We also enjoy the pool in the summer and the workout room and whirlpool spa all year long.

Monterey Apartments

Its an ok place while remaining affordable. They are a “typical” apartment in thr sense that they will increase your rent year after year. This years renewall % increase was extremely high and I havent seen any improvements to the common areas, lighting, maintenance, etc. Seem to have system problems, emails, amazon locker, rent cafe, etc. Fairly quiet and friendly neighbors (older and younger families). Pet friendly which is nice but some dog owners have extremely noisey dogs.

Location, Price, Peaceful

I have lived here for 1.5 years. I am a very light sleeper and I've never had an issue with noise from the neighbors or parking lot. It's very quiet and peaceful. The community shares an app for communication and there's a monthly newsletter for sharing information and upcoming events. It's within walking distance to several shops, including Starbucks and Lou Malnati's Pizza. The staff is prompt and efficient. The maintenance staff is friendly and keep the community very clean. Oh and if you're a dog lover, there's plenty of pups to see on your walks. The apartments are very spacious and I especially love the garage, never fear freezing while scraping the ice or snow off your car or running to your car in thunderstorms. Bonus, with inflation being the way it is, the price is affordable and I live on 1 income. Hope this helps you make your choice when apt hunting. Good Luck
