Fieldcrest Apartments

Quiet, Little traffic. Close to hospital, doctor office, and my church.

I lived at Fieldcrest Apartments and also worked for the company, so I’ve seen both sides — as a tenant and employee. I want to be fair: the neighborhood is quiet and the garages are convenient. But that’s where the positives end. The apartments are marketed as “luxury,” but that’s extremely misleading. There are no real amenities — despite what multiple glowing reviews claim. There is no gym, no pool, no clubhouse, and no community spaces. The only thing that could even be called an “amenity” is a very low-level playground, which is small, outdated, and barely maintained. Even worse, the same review phrases — like “love all the amenities” — are copied and pasted across different rental websites, which says a lot about how this place manages its image. Rules are strict and inconsistently enforced. No welcome mats. No hanging anything on balconies. No personal plants. Even worse, the same review phrases — like “love all the amenities” require you to get renters insurance, but you still can’t have anything on your private sidewalks, or even on your private entryway. They also conduct regular inspections and surprise maintenance with poor communication. I would not recommend Fieldcrest to anyone expecting honest management, tenant respect, or the amenities you’re led to believe you’re paying for. You’re better off putting your money somewhere that values transparency and basic hum

So far exceeds my expectations. Very quiet and comfortable. Love the garage and all the other amenities.

Communication is a note on door. Insulation seems poor.

It's a decent place to live. Everything is pretty average. Nothing remarkable to say, except the extreme pet policy is ridiculous.

I have lived here almost 14 years. I appreciate the attached garage, inside laundry and heat in my floor. It is spacious and a quiet area to live in. I love the fact that I don't have to mow or blow snow. What a blessing! I do wish, however, that carpets could be replaced without having to move out. I've had good managers.
