Decent price high

Communication is a note on door. Insulation seems poor.

An average place

It's a decent place to live. Everything is pretty average. Nothing remarkable to say, except the extreme pet policy is ridiculous.

I love where I live!

I have lived here almost 14 years. I appreciate the attached garage, inside laundry and heat in my floor. It is spacious and a quiet area to live in. I love the fact that I don't have to mow or blow snow. What a blessing! I do wish, however, that carpets could be replaced without having to move out. I've had good managers.

Nice Place

I've lived here 14yrs, never had a problem with any neighbors, snow plowing, sidewalks in snow is taken care of in a timely fashion. Lawn maintenance is also good. Any problems in the apartment are taken care of in a good time period.
