I'm happy here.

It's fine so far.very quiet and peaceful. Good quality construction, nice door seals and very little drafts. I am concerned about the water quality in Ripon. My dish washer is old and the drain tube is black with bacteria. my sink drains also smell like sewage as well as the clothes washer. I hope you can address these issues and I will be just fine. Thank you!!
