Love it!!

I have lived here for nearly 6 months now. I really love the atmosphere. The noise is almost non-existent. I have lovely neighbors. The price for the location is very reasonable. Maintenance, as well as the front desk, is always very prompt and easy to work with!!

I enjoy my life at Pine Cove. Marge is always very helpful and I also like the repair men who have helped me. I have some nice neighbors. It is always kept very clean. I am happy.

Nice place

I have enjoyed my time loving here. Management is phenomenal and I’ve never had to deal with a Maintenence issue for long. I will say having my rent jump up $75 a month was unexpected. That’s more than anyplace I lived in madison over five years. And in those places I also had amenities such as a pool, workout room exc. I understand places rates increase each year but that seemed a bit of a steep jump. However I did renew my lease for the next year because Marge is one of the best property managers I have had and the location is close to my work.
