Comforting

Way nicer apartment complexes then the ones I grew up in. I’ve just moved in and I felt at home pretty quickly, even though I don’t have much furniture quite yet. Plenty of room on the deck for my plant hobby and a nice spacious kitchen for cooking (my cat loves hanging out on top of the tall cabinets when im busy). It’s nice and quiet here too! The only time I’ve heard my neighbors in the apartment it self was just some quiet chatter when I was just getting home and hadn’t gone upstairs, into the apartment itself, yet. Which is fine, I don’t expect dead silence in an apartment anyways! The washer, dryer, and dishwasher all work very well and having the washer and dryer in unit is definitely a plus. The washer is a little outdated in design (as in you pour laundry detergent onto the clothes themselves, no separate compartment for soap) but if it works good it works good! None of my delicate clothes have been accidentally ripped by the agitator in the middle, so all’s good there! There’s actually a lot of nice things I can say about this place, the flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms are good! I’m not a big fan of tile, fake or not, so the faux wood flooring is yet another plus. Easy to clean up messes on and looks good! I like the carpet in the rest of the apartment too, you can tell it’s not the cheapest thing they could find in bulk. I don’t know about other units but I know that the oven in my kitchen works almost too good! Almost overcooked a pizza my first night here. It preheats pretty quick too!! Overall, I highly recommend this place! Tabitha is nice and helpful when me and my bf were setting things up for actually getting the apartment, and she was definitely one of the reasons I wasn’t completely nervous when starting the process for my first apartment. I love it here. :D
