No shuffleboard?

This is a very old building. It appears there used to be a game room in the basement though it seems to have gone into disuse. The reason for this may be concerns over contaminants such as asbestos. The laundry room is almost always a total mess and the first washing machine does not work. Someone somewhere just doesn't care.
