overall wonderful
Feel like my parking soace is overpriced and I also believe there should be a backup washer/dryer but otherwise extremely satisfied
Basic
The parking is not ideal and can be hard to get out of a spot in the back ally. The maitnance/staff are not very friendly and do not accomidate. The windows rattle with the wind, no ventilation in the bathroom, and front door could be easily kicked in. Many updates need to be done. If you are on a budget it is an ok apartment to live in.
Meh Just Okay
Nice hardwood floors, no carpet with original woodwork in dinning room and living room.

this apartment has a great view of the city and blocks away from bradford beach/downer avenuen resturants.
Good for the price
I have been living in the building for two years now. It is a nice area and for the price it is one of the most affordable units that someone can rent. Allowing pets in the building is also a very big plus. However there are some issues that I have. The maintenance could be done more effectively. Often time issues are just covered up or fixed in a way that the problem is just pushed down the road. That is the only issue that I have. Overall I am very happy with the building and am looking forward to living here for another year.
