Cedar Ridge Apartments

The property seems quiet, though there are concerns about children playing ball on the sidewalks, where cars are parked. I am concerned that my car will get damaged. The parking lot has no assigned spaces. Which I wish they were. I have not been given any information aboit the area and l what utilites I needed to call. No real “Welcome Letter” with information about the community, and or the property rules/regulatioms. The unit itself is nice and big. I was fortunate enough to get an end unit. I just wish they had more of a “Welcome Letter” with information about the community amd who we would contact in an emergency, or for just general information. Such as parking and garbage. I am aware of where the garbage area is, it would judt be nice to know when they pick up, and just more about the community amd how things work here. I would assume there would have to be some rules, especially with children on the property. Dont get me wrong, I love children, my concern is where they can play, so there is no worry about cars being damaged by children simply just playing.

I love living here my propery manager eric is amazing and supper understanding i would tecooment anyone to live here
