when you apply for rent you are not told that your rent and garage fees go up every year/most of the residence are elderly and are on a fixed income/ when we moved in it seemed like an assisted living place when we were here for a few weeks/not much activity going on / the manager should be here more than 1 day a week / noise level is not good you can hear conservation going on and if anyone lives above you always alot of noise when they walk not good insulation/ fans and curtains should be cleaned in the main meeting room

Beautiful place, mgmt and maintenance person are awesome, very helpful. Bldg has little for soundproofing, noise level in Apts is very disturbing most of the time. Most Residents are welcoming and helpful. Activities available if you want to join. Close to park and zoo for easy walking.
