Tuscany experience good

We have lived at Tuscany for four years. For the most part we are very satisfied; good location, friendly staff attentive to requests, property is maintained well, noise level minimal but typical of apartment life. I would comment that the storage bins in the parking garage are not enclosed, rather cage like. The exhaust from the cars cause all storage to accumulate a black dirt. I would recommend covering items with a disposable tarp or the like.
