If you prefer, we are also offering virtual tours at this time.  MAINTENANCE Maintenance in individual apartments will resume the week of 9/8/20, while following all health and safety precautions.as outlined in Emergency Order #8 and Governor Evers Emergency order #1 as well as the CDC and all other governmental authorities. Emergency Maintenance – This procedure has not changed. Please continue to call in as needed, during business and non-business hours. Our on-call staff will continue to be available for emergency maintenance during non-business hours. We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and we will get through this together, and keep you informed regarding ongoing adjustments to Gallina Management’s services.
