Great place to live in Madison

I've lived at Glacier Valley for almost two years now and it's by far the best apartment complex I've been at. The residents are mature, very friendly, and respectful. The facility, lawn, and appearance is always keep up. There is little to no noise while in our apartment. We currently live in a two bedroom with a den and it's spacious with lots of natural light. The building is secure & safe which is very important to our family. We love it here, our two dogs included. Great location, just outside of Cottage Grove, and close to the parks and lots of hiking trails nearby.

great space

really enjoy living here, its nice and quiet without being too quiet. plenty of space to park in the garage which is a major upgrade from my last place. staff very helpful & friendly.

We are pet friendly! We do take cats & dogs. Limit 2 pets per unit. Pet fee is $35 a month, deposit is a refundable $100. There is a $200 ONE TIME PET FEE. *Breed restrictions do apply! Glacier Valley uses a doggie DNA service to help control pet waste, all dogs are required to participate.
