Hawthorn Apartments, located at 12th Street and State Highway 31 in Somers, WI, offers a state-of-the-art 8,000 square foot clubhouse including a 1,500 square foot fitness center and yoga studio. Entertain outdoors using the swimming pool, outdoor fireplace and designated grill areas.  Play fetch with your dog at our dog park and then scrub them clean at our dog wash. Utilize our resident co-working space or demonstration kitchen. Direct access garages are available for select units, plus an outdoor car wash to keep your car looking its best.

Great place to live

The complex is clean and very quiet. Many nice and friendly people and the apartments are beautiful. Having a dog park in the complex has been great. good centralized location is close to anything you may need in kenosha or Racine. Will definitely recommend to others looking for a place to live.

Overall, great complex!

Overall my fiancé and I are very happy with Hawthorn. We moved at the end of July and since then there has been a complete staff change since. We love the clubhouse and all the amenities! Our neighbors are great and are some of our good friends. It's also very kid friendly as we see some of our neighbors' kids all playing with each other. One small con that we have noticed is that at night, our rooms are very bright due to all the lighting outside. We had to get blackout curtains, but it's also a good thing as more lighting means more security in a sense. We've had a couple of issues with our apartment like water leaking in the front door when it rains, and our blinds falling down, but the maintenance staff is good about getting back to us and communicating how they fix it in a timely manner. Compared to a lot of apartment complexes around it is a little pricy, but worth it due to the newness of the complex and the wonderful amenities! We would definitely recommend!

Amazing place!

We love living here! The staff is A+. Jeanette and Samantha treat you like family. Amenities are the best you will find anywhere. Highly recommend Hawthorn Apartments. Just not ours... we are staying for a long while.
