Not bad

Parkside’s location is quiet and close to everything. Almost anything you need on a day to day basis is within 10-15 minutes of the apartment complex. Staff and maintenance crews are polite, timely, and accommodating to every need or question you have. Parking is convenient with a garage and outdoor spot for each tenant but guest parking fills up fast. Can’t complain though since all tenants are never without a spot! My only complaint is with the floor boards. I’m a pretty heavy sleeper, but my wife is often woken up very early in the morning when our upstairs neighbor wakes up. They aren’t an extremely loud family, but it seems like any footsteps/movement cause the floorboards to creek. Not really sure if this is fixable/needs to be fixed. More of an FYI for any moderate to light sleepers out there.
