Good enough for a temporary place to live

I've lived here a year, and am in the area for a 2-year assignment. Things are relatively well tended, although not enough value for the price to want to stay long term. I feel like I'm living on a mall parking lot. No neighborhood.

Love This Luxury Living

I've been living at the Artisan for two years now, and in my honest opinion, it is a goldmine sitting in a golden area in Brookfield. The staff is friendly, and professional, and is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. The corridors, garbage area, parking garage, elevators, etc. are always clean and smell clean. The Artisan is a great community with great tenants. Thank you Wimmer for all you do:-).

I really like living here and the location is ideal.

Excellent!!!

I've lived at The Artisan for about six months after having lived in several apartment buildings across the country. This is the best I've lived in regarding every aspect. The location is perfect. The Manager and Maintenance crew are outstanding. The unit and scenery are beautiful. I have already recommended The Artisan to some of my best friends. My family loves it also! They love to come to visit here.
