Satisfied living

I have lived here for over 15 years and maintenance and staff are always helpful and timely. Community for the most part is very quiet. Over 15 years there have been loud neighbors as expected but not always. Id would recommend people to live here as i have in the past.

Used to be great but....

This used to be a really great place to live but it's gotten more and more restrictive. They have a fine for this, a fine for that, a fine for another thing. For example, it's $150 fine if your dog pees on the ";landscaping". You have to submit DNA from your dog so they can track you down if your dog poops and you don't pick it up--understandable, but I'm disabled and it's extremely difficult for me to pick it up and I have to wait for my husband to get home from work..They make no allowances for that. I'll bet I'm not the only one in this situation.. Only 3 guests allowed at a time. There goes family gatherings! We tenants are told time and again that it's illegal to park on our street, yet the township doesn't have No Parking signs anywhere along this street. It used to be great here but now I'm not so sure. It makes me sad .because we've been here a long time and we wonder if we can live here too much longer.

It s A nice place sometimes people still in there garages and list to videos kind of loud so.i have to.close my patio and turn my TV up.so.i can hear it also people park next to the garage and where it says no parking and leave and co.e back park in the same spot all day
