ENJOYABLE PLACE TO LIVE

Recently moving to Walla Walla I need a place that would accept pets - Lion's Gate was it. Very helpful staff. College kid's in the area, but usually quiet down by 10PM. Happy to say this place is worth a little extra in rent because they go above and beyond for their tenants

Don Johnston is the best!

Since we just celebrated the holidays and the warm spirit of the season, I would like to comment on the warmth and kindness Don Johnston always radiates, regardless of bad weather, job/personal circumstances and even through illness! Don ALWAYS has a smile on his face and a few friendly words to say as he passes everyone he encounters. He also does a fantastic job of keeping the units and grounds beautiful and fully functional, making sure a tenant's needs are immediately addressed. I just hope you realize what a great employee you have working for Weidner. We, as tenants, do realize how great Don is and appreciate him very much!

Great maintenance and service staff...

Needed a place to live last minute and moved to Walla Walla for work. Amanda was very helpful and made the process easy. My towel hanger fell in the bathroom and I couldn't figure out how to reinstall it. Saw Don in passing and he asked if I had a few minutes - fixed it right away with no issues! Love the staff and thankful for the opportunity to live here. There are dogs, some louder than others, but that's just the way it is I suppose.

Overall Pleasant Experience

My experience with Lionsgate has been pleasant. The staff really engages with Residents, especially with dogs! The amenities are great just never used them. Parking is very limited yet not a terrible walk. Our biggest problem is noise, we had trouble with hearing the 3rd floor while we lived on the 1st. Overall I wish there were more parking spaces (Personal Preference) and slightly thicker walls/floors but a great place overall! Great kitchen for the area!
