This neighborhood is quiet and well kept, and the neighbors are all so nice! The maintenance team here is amazing: Quick and helpful! The only unfortunate thing about it here are the people that hangout in the park behind the property.

Absolutely LOVE Lions Gate!

As a property manager of a local apartment community, I am a little picky. That being said, Lions Gate has met every expectation. Each apartment home's layout is well thought out. I have a completely unobstructed view of the mountains and can't wait for it to snow! Amanda is friendly and professional, answering all of my questions with ease - she left me feeling 100% confident that I have chosen the perfect place for me. Ron, the maintenance technician takes pride in every apartment - he is absolutely invested in making every home and the grounds in excellent condition. Suffice it to say that I am impressed and THRILLED with my new "home"!

My review on Lions gate apartments

Got broken into here multiple times all the landlord did was change my locks it continued to happen over and over again for a week. Finally I asked to up my lease Amanda gave me two options to move out by the weekend or pay 1500 and move out by the end of the month. Mind you during this break in I had a safe of mine broke into and money stolen out of it so I could not afford to pay that amount to be out by the end of the month. Nothing happened after I left. No replacement of the things that were damaged, broken and or stolen. I was out of a living situation and was homeless for three months until we finally found a place. I would never recommend to anyone to move in here not even as a last option. Poor management not friendly very rude! Unsafe environment and surroundings. Not suitable for households with children.

Hello Violet, We are so sorry to hear that your experience at Lion’s Gate was less than satisfactory. We take pride in how we take care of our community and would like to address a few statements in your review. In response to your alleged break-in, the police were unable to find any sign of break-ins when they inspected your front door. As a courtesy, we changed the locks for you free of charge after it had been brought to our attention that you had handed out keys to multiple family members. As for moving out, you had been given the option to move out and you had requested to move out without penalty, rather than incurring another month’s rent and the termination fees. Regarding items being replaced, a renter’s insurance claim is how items are replaced but it sounds like you did not submit a claim. Lastly, in sympathy for all you were dealing with, we inspected your apartment multiple times, offered assistance if you found any damages, and even purchased a Starbucks gift card to treat you. Again, we are truly sorry for your misfortune, however, we believe this review about your time at Lion’s Gate was grossly misconstrued. Thank you, Lion's Gate

Great experience (One small thing)

Overall great apartment. I just have one small(ish) input. It has to do with the building letter identifier. I still do not know where the "I" is on the building to let others know what building I am in. I tried to order delivery but they keep delivering to random buildings and I don't blame them. I wouldn't know what building A,B,C is either. Again, not a big deal as I will just pick up my things from now on vs ordering delivery. Would be nice to have a big letter somewhere on the building. If there is one, maybe make is more prominent? Other than that, no complaints!
