Great Place !!!

This is an Amazing place to live with a few exceptions. Parking, parking and parking !!! If you don't rent a garage (which is hard to get a car bigger then an economy into) or under cover parking. You probably will have to park on the 'Very limited' road parking. Great office staff, great amenities (has a new gym), pool & 'year round' hot tub !!!! Also, I sometimes forget I'm in an apt. it's pretty quiet here. Nice location with behind the Vanc Mall, close to Target, Restaurants, & easy, fast access to Hwy SR500 & I 205 !!! Little pricey, but great place !!!

We really love it here!

We really do love it here. The staff is very helpful, the grounds are well kept, pool and hot tub are nice, dog run is convenient and our apartment is wonderful. Parking can be an issue but we were able to secure a carport after a short time. Washer and dryer are super to have in the unit also. Folks are nice and very quiet neighborhood. Only the dog poop can be frustrating but they're working on that. Great place right across from the mall and many restaurants within walking distance. Love it!

Great Place to Live!

I have lived at Silver Oak Apartments twice. The first time, I was 18 and moved in with my then boyfriend. We lived there for a couple of years and never had any complaints other than one of the couples that lived above us got into some CRAZY fights - we had to call the cops one time because they were beating the crap out of each other. Fast forward 12 years and I'm back! My daughter and I absolutely love living here. They are nice apartments, have great amenities (my 6 year old LOVES the pool and hot tubs and I enjoy being able to work out at a gym close to home!), the staff is great, and most of our neighbors are amazing. The only drawback is that the parking isn't great - it could be worse... but it isn't great and a lot of the dog owners do not pick up after their dogs so you need to watch where you walk! I have dogs myself and always pick up after them - it takes two seconds to pick it up with the bags that the complex PROVIDES and you're right next to a dumpster so another 10 seconds to walk it to the garbage. The maintenance staff is really good at cleaning up after those people... but it still adds up fast. I would recommend Silver Oak Apartments to anyone looking for an affordable, nice play to live.

Years of living here

Silver Oak has been home for ongoing 5 years now I honestly can say that the staff have been more than courteous and understanding also the maintenance workers are always on point when it comes to maintaining any issues in the apartment it's in a great location and also love the fact that we have the mall right behind us it's definitely a great place to call home for my daughters and I
