Used to be worth it

The property recently changed ownership which resulted in rent being raised. $1185 for a rundown property, rundown apartment, with hit and miss maintenance, and barely acceptable amenities is worth it. $1360, plus $25/ month for "valet trash" no one asked for, plus utilities somehow went up $20 under this new owner too... really not happy about all of the nickel and diming. And the office staff are super disorganized and have zero idea what they are doing, so I don't have faith in them at all.
