Overall a nice place to live

The apartments are well sized and I like how my 1 bedroom unit has its own full size washer & dryer, balcony, and a real fireplace. In the year and half I have lived at Sunnydale, I had hoped to get more use of the fitness room but each time I went, the office was either closed (you have to go through the office entry to get to the fitness room) of if the office was 'open' - the fitness room itself was 'closed' for one reason or another. Maintenance replaced my very aged sliding glass door, a much needed improvement. My cabinets and drawers in the kitchen are badly worn and need to be replaced. Although maintenance had someone come out to take measurments in November 2022, nobody has made progress to finish the job even after following up with the office manager last year. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if they would make good on their promise to do so, especially after having raised my rent. Overall, Sunnydale is a nice place to live. Airport and freeway noise aren't too bad with the windows closed.

Nice SeaTac airport area property

Love the super professional staff and responsive maintenance team. Minutes to shopping and restaurants, and walking distance to train for airport or Seattle destinations. Airport noise not bad at all, and it gets very quiet after 11pm most nights. Love the fireplace and full size washer & dryer. Happy camper!
