Affordable and nice

Nice place. Quiet most nights. People park in the fire lane often. Garbage is always messy. Really great customer service from Sofia from the office.

Place and Value is not worth it for a little fixer upper but price and value is enough if you want to just get out of an old place and looking for some where at least decent to live.
