Our Beloved Home

To all you the are lucky enough to call The Henry home. Count yourself luck. The Building, Views and Amenities aside. The leasing staff as they are titled are more like a concierge service. They are the heart of the building. The Maintenance staff are are direct representation of both the building and the leasing staff. The are friendly, kind, and one point. All that said, living at The Henry me and my Rockstar of a wife fought cancer (13 surgeries) long. Thanks to all that The Henry is, t hat fight was a happy memory. Just wait till Thursday’s start back up and get you all get to become a community again. ITS MAGIC To The Henry staff : thank you is bit enough To anyone looking for a safe, friendly, well ran community to live LOOK NO FURTHER With love and fond memories

Very Happy!!

My husband and I needed a place to live for a year while our house is being built. After looking at a few places, my husband found The Henry. Right away, I knew it was the place for us. Meagan who showed us the apartment set the tone with her energetic and sincere personality. The Staff & management are very friendly and helpful. We have not been able to meet a lot of people in the complex due to Covid, but we are enjoying our stay very much. Our apartment has both a beautiful view of the city and the Foss Waterway. We Love the location and being able to walk to near by restaurants. I highly recommend The Henry!!

A Great Place to Call Home in Tacoma!

I rented an apartment at The Henry sight unseen with help from Debbie, Megan, and Tawny in the management office from my house in Utah to be close, but socially distanced, to my grown kids and their families who live in the area. I've already extended my original lease because the Henry is such such a nice community to live in! It is the pet friendliest as well as the cleanest apartment I've encountered. The location by the GlassMuseum and the marina and across the walkway to Pacific Avenue is fantastic. The dog run on the roof makes late night or early morning dog walks easy and safe and scenic with a 360 view of the skyline of Tacoma. The management and maintenance staff are really friendly and responsive. We loved having a covid safe birthday party in the building's common room and expansive courtyard. My grandkids, ages 5 and 7, love coming to my apartment and walking to Pacific Avenue to visit Hello Cupcake and Tinkertopia. I'm so glad I chose The Henry!
