Review

Great place to live. Needs updated and TLC to make it worth pricing. Surrounding neighborhood is sketchy at times, but the complex is quiet and safe. Area seems to be up and coming!

Property managers and maintaince people replaced often;

I've lived here for 5 years; managers and maintiance personnel come and go regularly; why? because NO benefits (medical/dental/etc.) why would you stay; can't keep quality people if you don't value them and treat them right; I've had work orders in for weeks; no response; I and many others pay top dollar to live here; it's middle of June ; pool still closed; probably will move when lease is up across street; new property and I'm Confident better management. Get your act together McGathern
