Fait value for its location

This is a large one bedroom rental out of eight all in one building. The location is pretty good as it is just a couple of blocks west of Fancher and even less off of Trent. It's near Felts Field and a one does get a little small plane take-offs; some private planes have louder prop engines than others. There is also a railroad, CP, a block away, that borders the airfield, but it's far far less busy and noisy than the BNUP one off of Trent. Just moved in first week of July, so with open windows we can hear them banging cars together at " Oh dark 40" if we happen to be awake. This neighborhood is a boundary mixture of residential neighborhood and light industries. There are things keeping it from being the quietest building in Spokane, but they are external to the building where we live. Most of the other residents are quiet and pretty much keep to themselves, it seems. We enjoy the size of our living room- kitchen-bathroom-bedroom apartment for its size, comfort, affordability, and the convenient location.
