Great staff made the process move-in processeasy

I was looking for a place to rent to start 2021 and wasn't sure how apartment hunting would go in a pandemic. Katelin Richardson was my Leasing Consultant and was great throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and making sure I was set up once I got my keys. She and the Echo Lake staff are friendly and professional and made my move a hassle-free experience!

Staff is Refreshing To Work With!

Katelin was a treat to work with once my Family decided to move my oldest brother out of the Blakely Apartments next door immediately after new management took over. Katelin made my brothers transfer a breeze by processing his application swiftly and followed up with our to-do-items needed before handing over keys to the Echo Lake Facility. Even though everyone is operating differently due to COVID, Katelin's friendly attitude was more than refreshing each time contact was made and/or questions were asked when discussing options. Friendly customer service comes from the heart and cant be taught. Katelin is a new staff member at the Echo Lake facility, and I can say firsthand, she a keeper! My family feels my elderly brother is in good hands at Echo Lake Apartments should my brother need anything, which we believe will be his last move as he ages in-place near family. Customer Service working with Katelin gets 10 stars!!

Echolake apartments

This is our second time back to Echolake apartments and we missed it when we left. When we came back, JOY was amazing and welcomed us back with open arms. She was friendly, helpful, and made our move all that much easier. Staff is friendly when you call and they take care of any issues you may have. Maintenance Tony and Eddy are wonderful! This is a good place to live, close to the bus stops and right across the street from a park and ride. So convenient. Thanks again Joy!!!
