Awesome

I lived at the Nolo for 2017 and 2019 and found the staff to be courteous, professional, and friendly. The maintenance team can only be described as excellent. Pioneer Square is experiencing a rebirth and the local amenities are amazing. I leave with great sadness, as I am relocating for my work, but If I return to Seattle, the Nolo will be my home.

New Resident

A fair amount of activities within walking distance and close to the lightrail. Not great for noise, trash trucks typically come 3-4 days per week from 4am-6am and are very noticeable at those hours. Nothing too close for grocery unfortunately which is a small factor in convenience. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the amenities are fantastic. Love that they host great community events between the three buildings and both rooftops are spectacular as well. I thankfully got a great price on my unit and was happy with ta two year lease option however, most of the other units were fairly overpriced like everything else in Seattle. Parking is very highly priced- more on the premium end of some of the other residences, but despite being a shared public garage with the Stadium events, it's clean and easy to navigate. Nonetheless, I'm happy with the move to The Nolo.
