The building is nice, the staff is great, love the location. Theater room hasn't worked since moving in, noise and parking will be continuous problems. Worth the price, wouldn't want to pay more. No AC!

Nice location, average value for what you get in the area

We've lived in this apartment building for over three years. The location has worked out well for us and we've made some good friends in the building. The view from the roof is great and is honestly one of the best parts of the building. Upkeep in other parts of the building can be hit or miss and the movie theater area is often not working. Things are generally kept clean. The gym equipment is intermittently broken (especially the treadmills) and some things are missing (certain weights that were probably stolen at some point), but it's usable for basic things. We've had minimal issues with noise overall, but an "events space" called Stone Way Auto just got built next door so that might become a bigger issue, especially for those facing south. There is also almost constant construction noise in the area from the many construction projects and these frequently disrupt traffic in some way. Another small annoyance is that the view from the parking exit is often blocked by the trash/compost/recycling bins that make it difficult to see and borderline dangerous to pull out.
