Good rent prices, but things go unfixed

Pros: relatively low rent, free parking, nice staff, nice interior of apartment, good amount of space. Cons: loud neighbors, parking lot fills up at the end of the day, door into complex has been broken and ajar for several months, package lockers always full/not working, mailbox package lockers have keys jammed inside. Despite these things, I think this apartment is a better value for my money than many of the other ones I toured.

Too high rent for what you get

I feel where I live the price is too high we don't have a athletic facility we don't have a pool parking is so so you don't have a secure lock on the gate where I live even going to my unit that door isn't securely locked the only good thing about where I live is a location

Taylor Creek

Lived here since 2017. Walls are thin so noise is heard easily but that is apartment life. The maintenance man is awesome. The office staff does not seem to care much. Otherwise, great place, affordable, and a good location.

Stolen packages

Our community can be nice at times except for the fact that the package handling system is terrible. Because the protocol for packaging isn’t the best our packages and even food delivery has been stolen more than once.
