Taylor Creek

Lived here since 2017. Walls are thin so noise is heard easily but that is apartment life. The maintenance man is awesome. The office staff does not seem to care much. Otherwise, great place, affordable, and a good location.

Stolen packages

Our community can be nice at times except for the fact that the package handling system is terrible. Because the protocol for packaging isn’t the best our packages and even food delivery has been stolen more than once.

Frustration, Not As Promised, Staff Nightmare, Parking Sucks

Taylor Creek Apartments looks OK from the outside. -Would I live here again - No. -Would I recommend - Yes, but only if you have patience with all the issues listed below. The apartments are nice inside. -Management - Awful -Communication - Bad -Maintenance - Great -Property condition - Good -Security - Low -Frustration - High The MX guy does an amazing job at taking care of the property and very prompt in taking care of issues ASAP. The office? there isn't one on the property. Getting ahold of someone is awful, they never respond to emails or voicemails, and the old and new property manager are very frustrating to talk to WHEN you can get ahold of them. The apartments are nice and up to date. The hallways smell awful and the neighbor considerations for noise do not exist and the apartment does not respond or care about noise complaints why? because there is no office and they are out of tune with their own complex... The gate is broken but has gotten better, the key fobs work off and on, and getting a package here? good luck! Parking here is a nightmare with cars that have been left here for weeks on end with dust on them and flat tires which is frustrating when we already have limited parking. The covered spots and garages cost too much for what they are. There are places in the gate people can get through, people who prop the gates and doors open, so "security" or "secure complex" is not what you'll get here. The dumpster is always overfilling and gross, again, the MX guy does a fantastic job of keeping up with this as well. Long story short - Good Luck.
