Great apartment

I've been living at Prince of Wales for about 1.5 years and I have loved it. The building has an excellent location just outside of the craziness of Cap Hill but you can still walk to the bars if you want. The property also has small garden boxes which is one of my favorite things! You can rent them for free. The apartments themselves are very well maintained and I especially appreciate the washer/dryer and how beautifully it has been restored. The management is great and will respond to concerns very quickly. Some things that could be better are that the doors to the apartments are a bit thin so you can hear when people walk through or when someone is talking. But it doesn't happen often. There are some other quirks that come from being in an older building but it doesn't make for huge inconveniences!
