Good location ?? friendly staff. Beautiful buildings. Nice neighborhoods. Animal friendly, amazing place to live.

The staff at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful but maintenance is extremely slow to respond to service requests - possibly not enough staff to handle the volume? The trash/recycling piles up excessively and the trash room on my floor has a very bad odor. Issues with billings are not attended to by the building's management on a timely basis either. If you live under heavy walkers, you're in for a headache. The outdoor noise is fine as we are in the city but the floors and walls aren't as thick as they should be, especially for the amount of money one pays for rent.
