Ammenties and community
Roof top deck is a great amenity but not when it’s neglected and weathering. Plus provide onsite fire pit is not working for tenants paying premium Seattle housing price. Community (tenants) are great. Would be good if management office engaged more as this a factor for many tenants to renew or move on.
Good building
I lived there from September of 2021-2022. It was a good building. Close enough to first hill, a quiet neighborhood. No big complaints really.
Finally, an onsite and steady property manager who cares!
Starting to see improvements after a VERY long time without stable management, maintenance, and overall cleaning at Metroline. I'm reconsidering renewing my lease if these improvements and onsite management continues to improve.

Found this place on Zillow - as a new Seattle resident, looking for a place was tough. This place was one of the top places I really liked. Very friendly staff, pretty responsive, and overall had the best experience with the easy online application. Julie, the new apartment manager is great she's been super helpful with the whole experience. Theres a small rooftop with a BBQ, but the view is gorgeous - on a clear day you can see Mt. Rainier! there's also a basement with a secure bike room to lock your bikes and secure locker for packages. I liked that it was only 7 stories, so not that large and everything's been fairly clean. The area is also nice, it's in a culdesac so unloading your stuff or groceries is easy. I think the biggest challenge is if you have a car - there's no garage or designated spot. Only zone parking, but honestly there's pretty ample parking in the area. Minus some construction going on where you're unable to parking during certain hours. It's also pretty safe too, there's a youth center so lots of kids and their families. There's also the streetcar which takes you straight to Capitol Hill. Also you can rent AC units at a first come first serve which is awesome for the hot summer months!!! Pretty reasonable deposit for both the fee and pet fees/deposit. The value for being just a 15min walk from the city is great, and it's not just close to Cap hill but from Chinatown too... right in the middle it's amazing!
