What others love about this property:
Decent location
Location is decent and staff does their best to manage considering how many locations they manage. However, the apartments are pretty small for the price and other tenants have told me that they pay less than I do for shorter term contracts so I'm unhappy about that.
Cost-effective, Friendly
I have lived here for around one year, and I feel quite comfortable as people are friendly and the monthly rent is not that expensive.
Do better. Be better.
Maintenence is an absolute nightmare to work with. I'm not even sure how they got this job in the first place. I think a kindergartener could do better and care more about their renters. Other than that the building and location is alright. However, a major complaint I have is that they used the cheapest materials and appliances possible to put the apartment together. The cabinets I could have built better myself with construction paper and a glue stick. The shower set up is just asking for water damage. At the time of writing this review the internet has been out for nearly five days now. What is management even being paid for? Beats me.
