Great Price and Location!

I've lived at Greenlake Terrace for over two years now. I love how affordable it is, especially considering it's great location. However, although the staff was friendly and attentive to maintenance requests for my first couple years, communication with management has become nearly impossible. Maintenance requests are being marked as completed despite not being fully addressed and it has taken months to get an appropriate renewal lease. I stay here to be able to save money to own, but my experience has declined since I moved in.

Greenlake Terrace

It is very difficult to get ahold of any managers with questions regarding the facilities and the only amenity is an outdoor bbq area that residents supply the propane for. Great location though and pretty good all around for the money.
