Unfair Rent Hike!

Neighbors in unit M403 are the WORST! From always leaving trash outside their door and across near my door and damaging my car and acting as if they can’t control their pit bulls when I’m outside has become a real issue and nothing seems to be done about it. Also, not being able to take my trash to the trash compactor once a week is not ok, due to the tenants piling trash up so high, higher than the door and the wall and even as far out to the curb. Also, no new amenities no security and as a long time resident no new upgrades but my rent is being raised nearly $500 with no justification for it. I wish I had some where else to move to but with my age, health issues and income I don’t. I know the owners could care less but just want their money or push me out and raise it even higher for someone else to move in. This rental owner will completely take advantage of me because there is no were to go.

deteriorating

when I moved here @2017, it started parking, trash, and noise problems than it got worse. lawless well known teenagers started breaking doors, short handed maintenance staff, and unreachable managers and office stuff. last four weeks I've been calling the office and leaving voicemails, sending emails but received none. I like the location and the rooms but everything else is like roller coaster like the owners are experimenting managers & other stuffs. I don't know if the problem is from the owners or managers but it definitely needs someone who can run this place. For me I had enough is the time to put this issue behind. I will still recommend someone to live here if they value the location & spacious rooms but can handle all the issues I mentioned above.

We allow 2 pets maximum per apartment home. No exotic pets. Additional Requirements: $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet / $20 pet rent per pet per month $100,000 minimum liability renter's insurance Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior. Breed restrictions are not solely based on the above list. Landlord reserved the right to modify the list at any time.
