Location, location, location!

Beautiful brand new buildings. Apartments have new appliances, granite counter tops. There's a playground, on site daycare for the little ones, restaurants, etc. on the ground floor. The parking is the only issue, but it's the same issue for the area. The leasing staff is helpful and available. The resident resources department provides resources for every resident (food, transportation, etc.) community events/classes for families/kids/adults. The location is the real gem! Next to the lightrail and busses makes getting around a breeze. There are restaurants and shops nearby including the ground floor of the building. The rooftop has a spectacular view of the whole city skyline. Location is everything, the rest is just icing on the cake!

It is okay for low income

It was great when I first moved in here when it first opened. Now the elevator in the east building sometimes work, people are letting their dogs pee and poop anywhere in the building. People are pooping on the stairways and sometimes passed out. I love my apartment, but I barely have things in my cabinets, so I do not go through what my neighbors on the 4th floor with there with there. People had overdose and died multiple times and I feel like the police department and the fire department knows us now.

I was told there was central air but its only in common areas. There are so many drug addicts that have moved in. The amount of pet urine and poop is ridiculous. The Maintenace and custodians are the best! Shelly the property manager is the worst she has no people skills or de-escalation training. The only person to seems to know what they are doing is Issistar.
