Staff here is amazing. Units are nice and maintenance is responsive. Parking is extremely limited so not a good fit if you have multiple vehicles or have guests over.

Fabulous Management and Maintenance

I recently leased an apartment at Avion and I came with a plate of issues. The manager, is above and beyond amazing. He tackled each issue head on, with kindness and professionalism. In addition, he anticipated my every need and was always one step ahead of me. His follow-up skills are incredible. I learned very early on that there was no need to ask twice with him. In a couple of instances he was unable to provide what I wanted or needed, however, his hands were tied and it was not because he didn't want to or didn't try, he simply could not do it. I think Tyler is amazing and the epidemy of what any business would want. Tyler is certainly an asset for Avion. Also, maintenance is phenomenal. The Maintenance man, Vlad,, is so good. No messing around there. Vlad gets the job done in an extremely timely manner and does it well. In other words, as a resident I don't really want or need for much. The team, Tyler and Vlad are always on it. Thank you Tyler and Vlad.
