Whole Pandemic 95 Burnett has been wonderful!

**Current apartment resident** Management 10/10 Maintenance 10/10 Communication 10/10 Professionalism 10/10 Living Conditions 10/10 With the whole pandemic mumbo jumbo, my girlfriend and I were able to tour the whole place ourselves. We had come across a couple issues, but they were quickly taken care of. Right off the bat, I'm liking the place and management is giving off a great impression. I don't like coming off as picky, but management was super professional and let us know they would take care of it before move in. Move in was fairly easy. I used my own cart to bring things into the apartment itself. There are carts for residents to use, but having to find them might be an egghunt (I'd blame the residents for this). Living on the second floor is great, especially because the garage is right below you. The floor is SOLID, I'm assuming the floor is concrete. We never hear any sound come thru the floors from the garage. Sound insulation has to be the best, because i have never heard anyone next to us (yes, we do have neighbors). The only neighbor I EVER hear is upstairs, but nothing worth complaining about. The maintenance guy is cool (I believe his name is Aaron). On top of things. We told him our kitchen sink was leaking and showed him the leaks coming from the garbage disposal. Thinking he'd try to fix it, he completely replaced it! This ensured me I would have no worries of leaks for a while. The trash/recycle room on our floor sometimes gets filled (not often), but they do clean it up quickly. I'm not sure how often they vacuum the halls, but it seems like twice a week. I enjoy the cleanliness of the place. If your main concern is management, I can assure you that you won't have any worries. A++++ highly recommend, will buy from again.

Noise5 Safety5 Grounds5 Maintenance5 Neighborhood5 Office Staff5 I toured 95 Burnett, because I have a co-worker who once lived at this apartment complex and had nothing but great things to say about the building, and the staff. I was very impressed with the customer service, as well as the residents who do live here seemed very happy as they passed by and waived at the manager. Great building. I am hoping they get the floor plan I am looking for soon so I can make my move!

My share of apts

I've been through my share of apartments in my lifetime and I've learned that there is one feature, above all else, that really matters when it comes to choosing where you call home: The staff. Julianne, April, and Aaron have been, by far, the most personable and helpful group that I've ever experienced. They have made my time here an absolute treat. Whenever I had a problem, whether it was a maintenance issue or a financial question, they were always quick to respond. Because of a personal matter, I've been forced to relocate and break my lease. Even in this situation, they have been very understanding and helpful. This final act showed me their true character and how lucky the residents are to have them. If there is an opportunity to return to this neighborhood, I would sign a new lease with 95 Burnett without hesitation.

Great Experience Here

We’ve had nothing but a GREAT experience here. We rented one of the townhouses. They have a great living space, and the rent is super reasonable. Most important, the staff is Amazing here. They are always happy, and will go out of their way to make sure they do the right thing for you. I am blown away by the staff and the facilities. Plus it’s a quick walk to bars and restaurants!
