Things that should be revised

I believe that because it is a community with so many residents, the buildings should be cleaned, washed more frequently, many residents are smoking and using marijuana and this is worrying because we have children of all ages. The swimming pool in summer should have free access by residents, even on weekends, with longer hours, for example until 9:30pm, without the need for the office to be open. We love living here, we are happy!

Lounge

swimming pool and gym must work independently of the office, everyone works and the hours do not match the times that residents arrive from work. In summer the day is clear until 9pm the pool must be open until this time, our sun time is so short!

Our Pet Policy We allow 2 pets maximum per apartment home. No exotic pets. Additional Requirements: $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet / $20 pet rent per pet per month $100,000 minimum liability renter's insurance Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior.
