The rent is expensive for the house itself, but the location is good.

I lived here for about a month and a half now, and its been fun since I love all my roommates. The location of this property is great, super close to campus and greek row which is nice. However, when we first moved in this place was DISTGUSTING. We literally spent the first two days just deep cleaning before we could actually move in. Apparently the residents who lived here before us were charged a large cleaning fee which is weird because absolutely nothing had been cleaned over the summer. In addition, this house is definitely not up to code. There are multiple electrical issues, especially in the attic room as well as many safety hazards within the house.
