I started this lease on August 1st only to move into a place that had not been cleaned at all by the previous tenant or by the DRA, including mold growing in my bathroom and a hole in the floor near the toilet, as well as various holes in the walls, broken light fixtures indoors and outdoors, a stove that only had two working burners, severely overgrown garden, and a ventilation system that likely has not been cleaned in decades. It has taken a lot of work for me to make my living space at this residence acceptable and with minimal contribution from the DRA. I plan to legally contest any claim the DRA makes against myself and my roommates over cleaning and damage at the end of our lease.

They give a different answer every time you ask an important question half of the time they are also wrong. My room mates and I have suffered considerable confusion
